Bobby & Steve’s Auto World continues its Twin Cities expansion with a new service and convenience store outlet that brings the brand’s trusted reputation for quality automotive care and customer service to a new neighborhood. This 12,000-square-foot facility offers a full suite of amenities while maintaining the recognizable features that define the BSAW experience.
Designed to reflect the company’s brand identity and meet the specific needs of the surrounding community, this location combines both legacy design elements and site-specific enhancements.
PROCESS
FUSION AE focused on creating a facility that balances operational functionality with a welcoming retail experience. Special attention was given to service bay layout, customer flow through the convenience store, and exterior branding visibility. Key design responses were tailored to this site’s unique urban context and traffic patterns.
