DESIGN
Three core attributes guide the design culture at FUSION AE - Respect, Curiosity, and Stewardship. Our role is to guide you and your project from concept through construction.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior designers provide an on-the-ground perspective of your environment by thinking about the building from the inside out. The most impactful interior design solutions reflect an organizations brand, culture, and vision. We utilize an empathetic approach that is client-centered. With decades of experience across a range of market sectors and building types, our interdisciplinary teams engage in a highly interactive and collaborative design process. MEP ENGINEERING
With an approach to a fully integrated and collaborative design process, our MEP Engineering team works seamlessly with other disciplines to provide cost effective solutions in support of each and every project. By leveraging our years of industry knowledge with the selective application of new emerging technologies, the design and construction administration support from our MEP Engineering team is unmatched.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
Our Structural Engineering team is focused on maintaining the right-sized designs. Through understanding how our clients intend to use a building along with the project’s geographic location to leverage strengths of local trades and materials, the Structural Engineering team consistently delivers code compliant designs that provide value and performance.
VALUE ENGINEERING
Utilizing years of industry knowledge gained through actively working with contractors and other trade partners, the FUSION AE team is able to perform value engineering reviews for construction documents and FF&E packages. The Value Engineering process consists of a deep dive into construction documents often times without a preset consideration of sensitive design elements, to evaluate all aspects of the design including space planning, materials, finishes, etc. The result of this process is to provide a peer review for client provided construction documents and a detailed report identifying all opportunities for construction cost savings resulting in a minimum 10% reduction in budgeted construction.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Construction Administration and overseeing the construction of your project after the design is complete ensures all work is completed in line with our collaborative vision. We work in partnership with the construction team ensuring the project is built as designed and remain available as your trusted advisor and resource for project information all the way through occupancy.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
The Development Services team is focused on all aspects of our client’s projects. Their efforts range from preparing front end due diligence and site investigation reports, through permit submittals, to back end maintaining contact with building departments to track progress of the permitting process. The team is keenly aware that their successful effort throughout the life of a project can ensure the smooth schedule and delivery for our client’s development needs.
SITE SURVEY/INSPECTION
Site surveys and inspections provide a comprehensive understanding of project conditions, ensuring accurate planning and risk mitigation. By identifying obstacles and gathering critical data upfront, they enable efficient execution and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
