PROJECT
With more than 40 locations across the U.S. and Mexico, Boston’s continues to establish itself in the casual dining market. With a much stronger market share in Canada with 350+ locations, the U.S. development program was challenged to create a new design that stays true to the company’s established design elements while introducing a new energy to help distinguish the Boston’s concept.
FUSION AE worked in coordination with key members of the Boston’s development team to support this initiative, helping to position the brand’s U.S. locations one step above traditional casual dining and move toward an upscale experience.
PROCESS
FUSION AE services included exterior elevation renderings as well as interior finish and furniture selections tailored to the updated brand direction. Each 7,500-square-foot location features a themed sports restaurant layout with a dedicated exterior patio to enhance guest experience and site flexibility.
Collaboration with the Boston's team allowed Fusion AE to continuously evaluate industry trends while maintaining brand consistency
RESULT
Fusion AE continues to provide full support for upcoming locations through services including architecture, MEP, structural, and program management, helping Boston’s expand its footprint with a great dining experience for customers.
