This location was designed to reflect the brand’s roots in hospitality while offering a relaxed dining experience for families and locals. The building spans approximately 4,500–5,000 square feet, and features a full commercial kitchen, spacious dining area, and custom branding elements tailored to reflect both the Cotton Patch identity and local Texas charm.
PROCESS
The design focused on blending rustic Texas aesthetics with modern functionality. Exterior architecture incorporates traditional materials like brick and wood siding, and thoughtful detailing. Inside, the floorplan maximizes seating flexibility while maintaining cozy, intimate zones for guests. Durable finishes, warm color palettes, and branded décor elements create a down-to-earth feel. The layout supports high-volume kitchen operations and ensures staff efficiency and guest satisfaction.
