FUSION AE has been proud to support Foot Locker’s growth by providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering services for a range of retail environments across the U.S., including Foot Action locations—another brand under the Foot Locker umbrella.
PROCESS
Our team has delivered MEP design solutions for both remodeled tenant spaces and newly built-out retail footprints, averaging around 3,000 square feet per store. Coordination with mall management and facility engineers is critical to ensure each store meets site-specific conditions, including HVAC configurations ranging from DX split-systems to tapping into existing chilled water loops.
In compliance with California’s Title 24 energy code, our engineers have ensured that every applicable store meets strict requirements for energy efficiency—particularly in lighting and ventilation design.
