Grub Burger Bar specializes in “Bake and Grind” - they bake their buns from scratch every hour and grind their meat in-house daily. As customers stand in line waiting for orders, many are entertained by watching the baker roll out the dough and create a pan of hamburger buns to bake. At Grub, they take their commitment to real food seriously.

Entering into the competitive market in the better burger craze, Grub Burger is quickly beginning to distinguish itself by offering fresh ingredients, and seasonal menu offerings willing to experiment with various flavor combinations. Added to the great food are a full bar with custom craft shakes, and a fun dining experience creating a solid recipe for success. Grub Burger restaurants feature a full-service central bar and open-air exterior patio design. The ambiance is rustic yet vibrant, with their wooden finishes, brick walls, and an industrial touch with Edison bulb lighting.

ID Studio 4 began working with the development team after a handful of restaurants had already opened to solidify the Grub Burger brand experience. ID Studio 4’s services have included providing value engineering, program management, construction documents, permitting and construction administration.
