PROJECT
Invicta Hockey Training Center is a ...sf facility in Edina, MN designed to train the next generation of hockey professionals. Complete with a turf running track, multiple synthetic ice pads, an extensive weight training area, and a vision-focus training room, students have all of the resources necessary to develop and refine their skills for the sport they love. The mostly pre-cast construction of the building is designed with economy in mind. Complete with a smooth, multi-colored brick façade at the front accented by the elegant, curved metal awning, the building has design qualities that reflect the rigidity and strength of the coaches and students that form the Invicta Hockey Institute community.
PROCESS
Teaming up with BKBM,… has resulted in the realization of a great new hockey center. The work of all parties played integral roles in the success of this project. The amazing quality of the pre-cast concrete panels, the … of the structure, and the vendors who provided the equipment and technology all came together seamlessly to produce a building geared for the cultivation of success.
RESULT
Students who join the Invicta Hockey Institute can rest assured that this new sport facility is designed with their success in mind. Focused on providing methods to improve both physical and cognitive skills, the Invicta Training Center takes on a two-sided approach that builds off of the personal strengths of each player while developing other, less-refined skill sets. Coaches of the Institute can also rest assured knowing that the aspirations that they have for each of their students to continually develop can turn into concrete results with this new facility. SRa has been honored to extend these opportunities to coaches and students by providing them with a cost-effective, yet well-designed new training center.
