Kids First Pediatrics, located in Highland Village, Texas, is a trusted healthcare provider recognized as Denton County’s Best Pediatrician for five consecutive years. The clinic is committed to delivering accessible, continuous, and coordinated pediatric care with a focus on evidence-based medicine. With same-day appointments, extended and weekend hours, and 24/7 access to patient information through an interactive portal, Kids First Pediatrics is designed to meet the dynamic needs of today’s families.
FUSION AE partnered with the clinic to create a thoughtfully planned facility that supports its mission of providing comprehensive care in a welcoming and efficient environment. The 13,400-square-foot clinic includes a striking clerestory entry that floods the space with natural light, dedicated “Well” and “Sick” waiting areas to promote patient safety and comfort, as well as staff amenities like a break room, private office, and large upstairs storage.
PROCESS
FUSION AE provided full architectural, engineering, and management services for this ground-up healthcare project. This included structural and MEP engineering, program management, and construction administration. Our team collaborated closely with the client to ensure the layout aligned with operational needs, patient flow, and the highest standards of pediatric care.
