Located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh's Golden Triangle, Novel Coworking provides office and private suites tailored for enterprise companies, startups, and entrepreneurs. This workspace has a vibrant community of innovators, surrounded by popular restaurants, hotels, and nightlife, all within walking distance.
Set within the 13,000+ square foot Liberty Avenue building, the building features a signature terra-cotta exterior and oversized bronze windows. Inside, clients enjoy fully furnished private offices, high end amenities, and collaborative environments.
PROCESS
FUSION AE provided Architecture and MEP Engineering services for this Pittsburgh location. Our scope of work included the completion of floors 1 through 5, along with the lower level, with availability of working on 6 and 7 as the location grows. Each space was designed with community in mind offering access to a fully stocked kitchen and bar, lounge areas, espresso bar, and local beer on tap.
RESULT
