Where do you start for a brand that has more than 30 years of history? From the beginning of course! As the restaurant chefs were busy revitalizing the menu with fresh bold flavors, ID Studio 4 has worked with the OTB development team to reestablish the brand identity through new construction and remodel projects. Through an intense collaborative effort, the ID Studio 4 team was able to provide program management and value engineering to develop a complete architecture and engineering prototype document set that was both construction-ready and cost effective. The result is a new building that honors the traditional Tex-Mex themes and blends them with contemporary finishes – ensuring the continued success for border-style food delivery to a new generation.
