PROJECT
Emerging in the front of the pack for custom personal pizza brands, Pie Five was selected as one of Nation’s Restaurants News 2012 Hot New Concepts. FUSION AE has built a great relationship with parent company Rave Restaurant Group and the franchisees. This project includes ground-up and in-line construction for locations approximately 2,000 square feet in size, featuring exhibition-style cookline services.
PROCESS
FUSION AE was engaged in preparing the prototypical “kit-of-parts” for both ground-up construction, as well as in-line finish-out projects. As part of the development process, our design team is involved with visiting potential sites with the owner, creating preliminary floor plans for potential sites, preparing architectural and engineering construction documents, and taking the plans through permitting and bidding. Program management services were also provided to ensure smooth project execution.
RESULT
The coordination and collaboration with the owner, landlord, kitchen consultants, vendors, municipalities, and general contractors is all part of our team approach ensuring continued success for our clients.
