PROJECT
Rosebriar Properties invests in destination-oriented retail developments within high growth communities. The company supports local businesses, generates new employment opportunities, and contributes to expanding municipal tax bases. Each tenant (large or small) is treated as a valued partner, with Rosebriar prioritizing unparalleled customer service within an environment of cooperation and respect.
The Little Elm location is anchored by Kroger Marketplace which includes pharmacy and fuel center. The shopping center features an excellent mix of both pad users, in-line retailers and medical office, attracting consistent traffic. FUSION AE provided their services to Lot 5A which is a 2,742 square foot future retail space.
PROCESS
In Prosper, Texas, Rosebriar developed the retail site located at the center of major crossroads connecting McKinney, Prosper, and Frisco. Anchored by Kroger Marketplace and Lowe's, this project was designed to meet the demand for quality retail in a growing region. FUSION AE worked on Lot 3, an 8,500 square foot retail space currently occupied by Starbucks Coffee, T-Mobile, UPS, and Sherman Williams.
RESULT
Both the Prosper and Little Elm locations reflect Rosebriar's commitment to delivering vibrant, commercial spaces. FUSION AE's design and support helped deliver flexible, high-quality environments ready to serve the community.
