Starting in Austin, Texas more than 40 years ago, Schlotzsky’s has grown to be an international sandwich franchise restaurant chain with locations in 35 states and three foreign countries. Along the way, Schlotzsky’s has undergone rebranding, including the current concept format rolled out several years ago. ID Studio 4 has been involved with the reimaging efforts and the cobranding roll-out with Cinnabon, into new construction and remodel projects. Services have included test-fit design layouts, renderings, program management, A/E construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.
