PROJECT
Twig’s Bistro and Martini Bar was established in Spokane, Washington in 2001 with roots as a casual, cozy dining and drinking experience featuring regional menus. This family-owned and operated concept offers guests a unique dining experience that is sophisticated yet casual, serving traditional dishes elevated to a whole new level and appetizers that walk the line between classic and eccentric. The restaurants feature spacious dining areas, a 40-foot bar with Twig’s signature wall of liquor, private meeting and dining spaces with ample seating, and a heated patio designed for year-round outdoor enjoyment. Twig’s alluring décor incorporates regional color accents, creating an eclectic and inviting atmosphere.
Twig’s Bistro and Martini Bar is expanding across the United States with 11 locations to date. FUSION AE was contracted to adapt the localized concept for new markets, providing full architectural, interior design, and engineering services. To date, three new locations have been completed in Fort Worth, TX; Murray, UT; and Vancouver, WA—situated on a beautiful waterfront.
PROCESS
FUSION AE continues to support Twig’s growth with comprehensive architecture, interior design, MEP, structural engineering, program management, and construction administration services. The team is currently working on the second Texas location in The Colony (Grandscape), a part of the city’s 400-acre mixed-use development anticipated for completion in 2019.
RESULT
The collaboration has produced vibrant, functional spaces that capture the unique identity of Twig’s Bistro and Martini Bar while allowing for seamless adaptation across diverse markets. The brand’s expansion reflects its strong appeal and consistent guest experience, thanks to the thoughtful design and technical expertise delivered by FUSION AE.
