TCO Waconia is an 18,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art orthopedic and rehabilitation center offering comprehensive athletic training, physical therapy, hand therapy, wellness classes, and a therapy pool. The facility also features the innovative Training Haus sports performance center, dedicated to training athletes of all ages to improve movement and prevent injuries before they occur. This center expands Twin Cities Orthopedics’ reach by providing advanced, integrated care to the Waconia community in a modern, accessible environment.

FUSION AE collaborated closely with TCO to ensure the facility’s design aligned with their operational needs and brand identity. The project emphasized patient-centered layouts that optimize flow and efficiency across all treatment areas, including therapy, training, and clinical spaces. Durable finishes, modern aesthetics, and functional planning were prioritized to create an environment that supports both patients and staff.
