PROJECT
Westside Professional Center offers approximately 35,000 square feet of professional medical office space located just off Flower Mound's main street. Situated across from Presbyterian Hospital and just north of 24-Hour Medical City Emergency Center, this development serves as a vital hub for medical services in the area.
This medical space includes tenants specializing in dentistry, family medicine practices, physical therapy and psychotherapy. Westside Professional Center is surrounded by numerous amenities, including banks and a neighborhood for retail shopping center.
PROCESS
Fusion AE collaborated with the ownership team on Buildings #3, #10, and #12, delivering architectural expertise to reimagine and enhance the centers presence. Our team prepared three exterior concept design options to the owner that align with the medical and professional environment.
RESULT
The outcome is a production of medical office buildings designed to meet the functional needs of healthcare professionals while improving the visual identity of the property. Fusion AE is proud to support the continued growth of this well-established center.
